Calcium and magnesium, vitamin C, various B vitamins, and L-carnitine are just a few minerals we incorporate in our IVs. Glutathione is also included. Wait, gluta- what?  Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant produced by the liver to protect against free radicals, peroxides, and heavy metals.

Calcium and magnesium are frequently addressed, primarily in bone and muscle health. Their advantages extend far beyond bones and muscles. Calcium aids sleep by facilitating the usage of the amino acid tryptophan. On the other hand, magnesium helps to maintain adequate levels of GABA and other neurotransmitters that help you sleep well.

Vitamin C is included in the IV. Many people are aware that Vitamin C boosts the immune system and helps to prevent or minimize cold symptoms. Furthermore, this vitamin aids in creating collagen, the maintenance of strong bones and teeth, and the absorption of iron in the body.
